What is a RE COCONUT?
A “coconut” is a slang word for someone being brown on the outside and white on the inside. As first generation Indian Americans, Ajit and Karishma are truly a combo of Indian and American cultures.

In this case, we are “coconuts” focusing on acquiring land and developing land, to create freedom on the outside, while we do our best to live heart-centered on the outside.

We wanted to invite YOU on our JOURNEYS, inside and out to create FINANCIAL FREEDOM for 2025 ($250K cash + 2M wealth), as well as the lifestyles we get to enjoy today!

About Ajit

I’ve been a Real Estate Investor for 8 years. I left my W-2 due to poor health in 2017, and I began my journey of self-love. This led me to the path of single family real estate investing, where I transitioned into commercial real estate in 2019. In 2020, I joined a coaching program in 2020 to amplify my business, which was really about empowering me to be me…the missing ingredient was me.

My own divorce three years ago led me back to me, further begging me to answer the question, what do you want? I wanted joy. I wanted peace. I wanted business to bring about those things.

In early 2023, I started to say YES to industrial real estate and development as it aligned to this definition…

About Karishma

I’ve been a passive real estate investor since the end of 2019 and a Success Coach and speaker since 2020. I have since then supported 120+ single family and multi family investors to create a life and business reflecting FREEDOM at every level!

What lights me up is marketing, LIFTING UP and empowering investors all around me – to create our LEGACY – financially as well as BEING role models in our businesses, in our families, and in our personal lives!

No flood zones

Within the Texas Triangle
Primary / secondary markets preferred...but if it's a great deal, it's a great deal.

No retail deals....unless creative finance / owner finance is possible!

*Owner finance is a huge plus and would potentially support a higher price.
